New York — It’s a familiar scene: The locksmith takes out his keys, turns on the lights and waits.
He looks out at the street and sees a crowd of people.
The police car is parked near the entrance to the station.
He pushes the key in and waits with his back to the wall.
Then, as the lights dim, the locksmith walks down the hallway.
As the door opens, the lights come on.
He turns on a knob.
The light turns on.
The locksman opens the door and a police officer walks in.
The officers open their cuffs and the handcuffs go off.
The lights go out and the lights go back on.
Then the lights are back on again.
A police officer tells the locksman that the officer’s job is done and the locks are free.
The door opens again.
The officer walks away.
He smiles at the crowd, smiles at a police car and smiles at his friend.
That’s when the locks master opens the lock again.
There’s no way to tell if the police are following him.
The lock is now locked.
But the locks man is not finished.
He continues to walk down the street.
Sometimes he hears the police on the radio, sometimes he hears his friends talking about what happened.
And then he hears it again.
Someone in the crowd shouts: Hey, you!
You lock the locks!
What do you mean, lock the doors?
The locks master looks around, then at the crowds of people, then back to his friends.
Then he looks around again, then goes back to what he was doing.
He opens the locks and opens the doors again.
Once again, the lock is unlocked.
The city subway system has experienced an average of four robberies a day for the last year, according to New York Police Department statistics.
The most recent robbery happened on June 27.
The person was a 34-year-old locksmith named Richard.
He was shot and killed at the corner of Fifth Avenue and West 44th Street in Manhattan.
The first robbery took place in July.
The second occurred in September, the third on July 23.
The fourth happened on Aug. 31, when the victim, his girlfriend and the suspect were robbed at gunpoint on the same street.
“I was going to open the doors and let them go, but then I had a little bit of a headache and my mind went blank,” Richard told The Associated Press in December.
“So I told myself: I’m not going to let them do that to me.”
Richard, who was wearing a red shirt, jeans and sneakers, said he had been working for about five years.
He had been doing locksmith work in the Bronx and had been training since he was 14.
“My job was to lock up the doors to the subway cars,” Richard said.
“It’s a job that’s been in my blood for a long time.”
Richard had worked for the New Jersey Transit system for a few years, as a locksmith for the Long Island Rail Road, the New Orleans-based company that operates the subway system.
The New York subway system is one of the largest and most complex transit systems in the world.
The subway system spans six states and is the longest and most powerful public transportation system in the U.S. It has an annual budget of more than $20 billion.
But most of its operations are conducted on an underground level, where there are no doors to open.
For the last two years, the subway has been in a state of emergency, when it’s possible to be shot and injured.
It’s an unprecedented situation.
The NYPD has spent more than 100 million dollars to combat the problem of robberies on the subway.
In September, an Associated Press story quoted New York Mayor Bill de Blasio saying that the NYPD has arrested more than 6,000 people so far this year for crimes on the transit system.
New York is one the safest big cities in the country.
More than 80 percent of all subway arrests in New York last year were for low-level crimes.
The problem is not limited to the city of New York.
There are nearly 5,000 locksmiths who are in the United States, according the Association of Licensed Locksmiths, which represents the profession.
The group says about 1,300 of them have died or are disabled.
The National Association of Lock and Key Professionals says it is working to help reduce the number of lock thefts in the future.
Lock theft is the theft of keys to locked vehicles or other vehicles, such as cars, trucks or boats.
The theft of locks is often used to extort money from thieves.
The majority of locks stolen are in automobiles, but thieves can also steal locks from houses.
In the past decade, locksmith suicides have been on the rise, according a report by the Lock Safety Network, a nonprofit group that tracks
