Killeen, Texas — A Texas locksmith who posted a YouTube video in which he attempted to help a friend lock up his girlfriend said he has since been accused of stealing money from the victim and a drug dealer.
According to a police report obtained by the local Fox affiliate, Michael D. Williams allegedly stole the money from his friend’s boyfriend and the man’s cousin.
In the video, Williams allegedly said the drugs and money are his, according to the police report.
“I’ve had money stolen from me,” Williams said.
The victim told investigators he and Williams did not have an attorney at the time.
Williams was arrested on suspicion of theft and burglary.
He faces a charge of aggravated theft.
